Complaint Letter from Business to Business

Dear Mr. Thompson,
I lately acquired a letter from Mr. Robinson, a valued patron of ours. He bought an Italian espresso table and 4 French dining room chairs from us which your agency delivered to his residence.
He has written a criticism that the purchases arrived damaged. We delight ourselves in the nice of our product and would really like a proof as to how this mishap happened. Even though the items are insured, our popularity is at stake.
